Job Description
* Manage long-term relationships with existing clinics and onboard new clinics to PetsApp.
* Review and improve client performance on the PetsApp platform.
* Support the introduction of new PetsApp solutions at existing clients.
* Collaborate with other teams at PetsApp to ensure excellent client experience.
* Own the success of a large number of PetsApp's customers, focusing on revenue retention, growth, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
* Veterinary clinic experience is essential!
* Interest and experience with software solutions, such as practice management software, HubSpot, and Metabase.
* Highly conscientious, detail-oriented, and capable of applying strategic goals to decision-making.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* High tolerance for ambiguity and understanding of startup risks and rewards.
* Team player with leadership potential.
* Opportunity to grow within a hyper-growth startup, with potential to own key customer success areas.
