Overview
Management Information Systems (MIS) Administrator – 17.5 hours per week
An opportunity has arisen to join the MIS Team. You will provide efficient, professional, and effective administration, analysis and support for the MIS Team, including co-ordinating tasks, providing reports, advice and information, and updating and maintaining all internal information systems and procedures. The post holder will support the MIS Manager and Head of MIS in the efficient running of the service by providing administrative support as well as liaising and advising College staff on dealing with all aspects of college MIS systems. The role also requires supporting students including with the enrolment process and completing relevant documentation checks.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient, professional, and effective administration, analysis and support for the MIS Team, including co-ordinating tasks, providing reports, advice and information, and updating and maintaining all internal information systems and procedures.
* Support the MIS Manager and Head of MIS in the efficient running of the service by providing administrative support as well as liaising and advising College staff on dealing with all aspects of college MIS systems.
* Support students including with the enrolment process and completing relevant documentation checks.
Qualifications
* Educated to SCQF level 7 or have significant relevant experience in the specialist area and possess an IT qualification at SCQF level 5 or above (e.g. ECDL).
* Experience of working with information systems and procedures in an educational environment and of implementing college information systems are essential for this role.

Salary: £29,635 per annum (pro-rata)
Contractual hours: 17.5 hours per week
Basis: Part Time
Location: Cardonald Campus. You may be required to travel and work across our campuses.
