We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter / Joinerto join a busy maintenance team, delivering responsive repairs, void property works and planned maintenance services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is customer-focused, and can manage their time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, including responsive repairs, voids and planned works
* Work using your main trade, while also carrying out tasks in other trades where competent
* Plan and organise your workload to meet service deadlines and priorities
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and admin teams to report on job progress or issues
* Liaise directly with tenants to arrange access and deliver a positive customer experience
* Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the service
* Keep your allocated vehicle clean, stocked and in good condition
* Take responsibility for the safe use and maintenance of tools, equipment and materials
Requirements:
* Proven experience in your primary trade (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.)
* Additional skills in other trades would be an advantage
* Full UK driving licence
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Willingness to work flexibly to meet tenant needs

The pay range for the role is £24.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £20.46 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
