My client, a leading Civil Engineering and Aggregates business are looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead their procurement function, ensuring they source high-quality products and services at competitive prices to support their business goals.



What You'll Do:

1. Shape Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with our business objectives, driving value across the organization.
2. Lead & Inspire: Manage and guide our procurement team, working closely with stakeholders to deliver cost savings without compromising on quality.
3. Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and secure the best deals to ensure optimal delivery of goods and services.
4. End-to-End Procurement: Oversee the entire procurement process, from tendering and sourcing to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance and best value.
5. Performance Management: Implement a supplier performance framework with regular reviews and KPI reporting to continually enhance supplier performance.
