Key Duties
* Processing and validating supplier invoices using internal systems
* Completing supplier statement reconciliations
* Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
* Matching invoices to purchase orders and ensuring authorisation
* Preparing data for scheduled payment runs
* Assisting with month-end routines
* Handling incoming post and carrying out administrative tasks
* Using online banking systems when required
Skills and Experience Required
1. Previous experience in an Accounts Payable essential
2. Good working knowledge of accounting software
3. Strong accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
4. Clear communication skills when working with suppliers and internal teams
