The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will oversee both digital and offline activity, with a strong focus on social media, content creation, and campaign performance.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership to align marketing with wider business objectives and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with business goals
* Plan, manage, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Oversee and grow all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content
* Create, schedule, and publish content across social media, website, and email campaigns
* Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, optimising activity based on insights
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on content creation and campaigns
* Support development of promotional materials, presentations, and wider marketing collateral
* Identify and secure PR and media opportunities to increase brand visibility
* Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications
About You
* Proven experience in a Marketing Manager ideally within health and safety or construction
* Strong background in digital marketing, particularly social media and content creation
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
