The Role You will: Support students with behaviour and attendance concerns Deliver restorative conversations and reflection sessions Work closely with Heads of Year and safeguarding teams Liaise with parents where appropriate Provide in-class and withdrawal support when needed You’ll be visible around school, helping to maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment.
