We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious, multi-outlet luxury hospitality venue. Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef, this is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a passionate chef who thrives on leading from the front, developing high-performing teams, and consistently delivering exceptional food standards across a varied operation.
This role will oversee multiple kitchens and restaurant outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth service delivery across the wider food offering.

The Role
Support the Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen operations
Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade during service
Ensure consistently high food quality and presentation
Support seasonal menu development
Manage stock, food costs, and kitchen budgets
Maintain food safety and compliance standards
Train and develop junior chefs
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Head Chef within a quality-led hospitality environment
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Commercially aware with experience managing costs and stock control
Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
