Senior Quantity Surveyor – Contract Administration Team
An opportunity has arisen for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Contract Administration Team. The role involves delivering a wide range of civil projects across Rhondda Cynon Taf and supporting the financial and contractual management of these projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide bills of quantities and commercially assess tenders.
* Manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects, including assessment of CE’s.
* Prepare cost plans for grant bids.
* Procure services of consultants and contractors, track changes, and adjust budgets accordingly.
Qualifications
* Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or a relevant subject.
* Professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, ICE or equivalent, or evidence of working towards one.
