Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our production team within the ladder fittings area.
What Youll Do Produce parts in line with engineering drawings
Set and operate pierce, crop, and curving machines
Apply high-quality MIG welds to fittings
Use measuring equipment to ensure component accuracy
Follow all departmental and company procedures
Ensure recycling is carried out to agreed standards
Work in accordance with health and safety requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain high 5S standards across machines, work areas, and tooling
Perform other duties as required
What You Bring Proven experience in fabrication, specifically MIG welding
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive and proactive attitude
Strong focus on quality and meeting production targets safely
