This role will focus on improving the customer journey, driving engagement and sharing insights that support better business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Use customer data to identify opportunities for improving retention Create and run campaigns for different customer groups (e.g. new, active, lapsing, lapsed, non-bookers) Track campaign performance and suggest improvements Recommend target customer segments for direct mail, email and outbound call campaigns Work closely with the Client Engagement Manager to gather and share customer feedback Review and improve customer journeys to increase leads and conversion Build and manage automated email campaigns to generate leads, support sales, and build customer relationships Collaborate with the Digital Acquisition team to share insights that sup...
