* Overseeing complex corporate tax engagements and providing strategic advice on compliance and planning
* Managing key client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact, identifying opportunities to add value
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, ensuring technical excellence and quality delivery
* Collaborating with other service lines to solve complex issues and communicate solutions to clients
* Staying ahead of industry and legislative changes, proactively advising clients and the team
* Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the ongoing growth of the tax practice
What you will need:
* ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification
* Previous experience in a similar role (such as Corporate Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Advisory Manager)
* Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance and planning
* Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to tailor services to client needs
* A collaborative, low-ego approach with a passion for mentoring and developing others
* A track record of identifying and acting on business development opportunities

* Base salary of £80,000-£110,000
