Evolution Measurement is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager for our Aviation products portfolio.
Evolution Measurement continues its growth in the field of aeronautical instrumentation and avionics. We support the biggest players in this sector including major manufacturers, integrators and operators in Civil and Military Aviation and we are strengthening our portfolio and our Sales Team.
We are looking for a new Regional Sales Manager capable of consolidating our existing portfolio, developing new markets, opening new accounts and…supporting our vision: To become the UK reference for providing testing solutions for aircraft maintenance.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a strong presence in the field with our clients and prospects to consolidate the existing portfolio and open new accounts.
* Prospect, identify, and qualify new accounts.
* Identify technical needs and propose suitable solutions.
* Manage, track and report the current pipeline using the CRM and contribute to sales forecasting in collaboration with the Sales Management Team.
* Collaborate daily with the technical and back-office teams.
* Represent Evolution Measurement at trade shows and events.
Your profile
* B2B sales experience in aviation, industry, instrumentation, or a demanding technical environment.
* Demonstrable experience in an RF Avionics environment.
* Strong autonomy and a results-oriented mindset.
* Motivated by technical environments.
* Complex and lengthy sales cycle management.
