Job Purpose
We are seeking an detail-oriented and creative Marketing Executive to join the OUTCO team. You’ll be responsible for executing and tracking marketing campaigns, manage and update digital channels, create compelling content and ensure brand consistency across OUTCO Group’s various business units. Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, you will assist the Marketing Manager to align strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute and track marketing activities against the plan for multiple business units within the OUTCO Group
* Own the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, email, and events
* Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website content
* Work in alignment with OUTCO Group’s brand identities, ensuring a strong and consistent message across all channels and materials
* Produce and promote marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, website copy, social media posts and advertising collateral across OUTCO’s various business units
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives
* Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting on key metrics and provide insights for optimisation
* Support the creation and maintenance of sales & marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
* Manage administrative tasks within the marketing department as required
* Help to build and maintain an up-to-date Marketing Library resource
* Manage outsourced marketing resources
Experience & Qualifications
* Educated to degree level
* 3+ years relevant experience in a related marketing role
* Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or HubSpot experience preferred
* Writing, editing and publishing optimised marketing content via CMS (eg WordPress)
