Overview
Do you want hands-on experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a primary setting? This SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant role supports pupils with Autism, ADHD and EBD to access learning and make progress. You will work with the SENCO and class teachers to deliver tailored support for pupils.
Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored support for pupils with Autism, ADHD and EBD.
* Run short, focused interventions and implement support plans.
* Use visual schedules and clear routines; help pupils regulate and re-engage.
* Adapt tasks, record simple progress notes, and share next steps with staff and parents.
Requirements
* Degree – a 2:2 or above in any subject.
* Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
* Enhanced DBS – must hold or be willing to obtain.
* Genuine interest in SEN, behaviour support and pupil wellbeing.
* Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.

Compensation
Base pay range: £80 - £100 per day. Immediate start until July 2026.
