What We Offer Up to £41k package (£6k Tronc) 2 Days off consecutively 48 Hour week over 9 shifts What We Expect Daily activities are dependent on the needs of the head chef, including but not limited to: Leading the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. Training a team of more junior chefs to increase their knowledge and skills. Maintaining updated knowledge of current food safety standards and completing required training. Assisting with the development of new seasonal menus. Adhering to high standards of food preparation, delivery, and presentation. Expediting food and ensuring the kitchen maintains high quality standards. Completing food hygiene documents to comply with legal requirements. Writing environmental health reports when necessary. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with staff in other areas of the business, including management and front-of-house teams.
