Facilities Manager - Newcastle
This is an exciting, brand-new opportunity to join our 14forty team as a Facilities Manager in Newcastle.
We are seeking a Facilities Manager with good all-round experience in all areas of Facilities Management to join our 14forty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of FM services on the site, the day-to-day liaison with the client stakeholders and budget accountability.
You will oversee delivery of the following services.
Front of House services – Visitor management, Reception, Security etc.
Maintenance (Technical services / M&E)
Cleaning / Housekeeping
Manage all FM services to meet SLAs and client requirements.
Lead and develop FM staff, ensuring up-to-date training and competency.
Support service planning and site development with the client and line manager.
Conduct quality audits to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.
Lead client projects, managing stakeholders, subcontractors, and budgets.
Deliver and support annual budget planning and cost control.
Manage asset lifecycle and provide capital expenditure reports.
Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance within FM services.
Oversee the asset life cycle
An experienced well-rounded Facilities Manager with experience all managing all “hotel style” services with a corporate environment
Relevant qualifications in Facilities / Hotel Management.
SIA Licence (we will provide training if required).
First Aid Trained (we will provide training if required).
