PE Global is recruiting a German‑speaking HR Advisor for a global FMCG company. You’ll manage employee insurance, benefits and pension schemes, providing expert guidance to employees and internal teams.
Location: Birmingham (Bournville).
Contract: January 2026 - June 2025.
Hours: 36/week, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and process personal and employee insurance records
* Support employees and internal teams with benefits queries
* Assist with benefits projects (e.g., subsidies)
* Monitor market trends and suggest process improvements
Requirements
* Completed commercial/insurance or business admin qualification
* 4 years’ relevant experience in HR, benefits or insurance
* Strong analytical, numerical and Excel skills
