Job Title: Events Coordinator

Drift Limits, a leading motorsports venue specialising in thrilling experiences, is seeking a dynamic and organised Events Coordinator to join our team. Based at our Hemel Hempstead venue, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our admin team with administrative tasks while also supporting the Events Manager in organising, budgeting, and planning events both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the admin team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan, budget, and organise events, maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Network with potential clients, partners and influencers to expand our reach and opportunities for collaboration.
* Attend events, both on and off-site, representing Drift Limits and ensuring the successful execution of activities.
* Maintain professionalism and discretion when dealing with high-end clients, celebrities and film crew.
* Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work weekend overtime during events, as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the events industry.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
* Enthusiasm for the automotive and events industry, with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
* Availability to work weekends and attend events as necessary.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00
Occasional weekend work is required for events but will be paid in overtime or given as time off in lieu
Compensation:
* Basic Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus commission.
* 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays.
