Overview
Contracts Manager role with a leading main contractor construction organisation in Portsmouth, Hampshire. The organisation focuses on delivering new build developments and complex refurbishments on private and public sector projects.
Responsibilities
* Heading multiple construction projects, providing leadership and strategic direction
* Travel to sites, all within an hour of Portsmouth
* Set up and lead projects from the front, including planning and procurement, programmes, resources and contract agreements
* Manage budgets, compliance and client relationships to deliver optimum service
* Provide support and training for Site Managers
Qualifications
You must have a previous track record as a Contracts Manager with proven success, ideally with a multi-discipline main contractor. Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills.
