Job Summary:
The Commercial Marketing Manager, Northern Europe is responsible for driving commercial growth across the hub by translating global strategy into high-impact local execution.
This role owns commercial marketing end-to-end—including go-to-market execution, product launches, lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, and funnel performance—ensuring marketing directly contributes to revenue growth, case volume, and customer success.
Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this individual is a hybrid commercial marketing leader and hands‑on operator. They partner closely with Sales and Clinical Education to accelerate adoption, strengthen execution in the field, and drive demand across the full funnel—from lead generation through conversion and retention.
As the key bridge between Global Marketing and the region, the Commercial Marketing Manager ensures strong alignment, local relevance, and measurable business impact across all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Go‑to‑Market & Commercial Ownership
* Own and execute the local go‑to‑market strategy aligned to regional commercial priorities.
* Translate global strategy into clear, actionable plans for the Northern European Hub.
* Ensure strong alignment with Sales targets, driving adoption, utilization, and growth.
2. Product Launch & Lifecycle Marketing
* Lead local product launches, ensuring full commercial readiness across Sales and Clinical teams.
* Drive adoption, utilization, and retention through structured lifecycle marketing.
* Track and optimize performance based on commercial impact and field feedback.
3. Sales Enablement & Field Execution
* Partner closely with Sales to deliver high‑impact tools, campaigns, and programs.
* Ensure field teams are equipped to drive conversion and growth.
* Identify gaps in the funnel and implement actions to improve lead‑to‑sales performance.
4. Campaign Execution & Market Activation
* Execute global campaigns with strong local relevance and coordination.
* Drive integrated activation across digital, CRM, events, and field channels.
* Leverage global toolkits and capabilities to increase speed and reduce duplication.
5. Funnel Performance & Market Insight
* Own funnel performance across the hub (lead generation, conversion, adoption).
* Track KPIs and continuously optimize based on ROI and performance data.
* Continuously optimize marketing spend and channel mix to maximize return and efficiency.
* Provide structured insights to Global teams to improve strategy, campaigns, and products.
6. Customer Engagement & Practice Growth
* Execute practice growth and patient marketing initiatives to drive demand.
* Strengthen customer engagement and support long‑term retention and advocacy.
* Reinforce ClearCorrect’s position as a partner in practice success.
7. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Operations
ork closely with Global Marketing, Product, Digital, and Clinical teams to ensure aligned execution.
Leverage centralized capabilities (creative, campaigns, digital) to drive efficiency and scale.
Manage regional marketing budgets with a strong ROI and performance focus.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* 8+ years of experience in commercial, product, or downstream marketing, ideally in healthcare or B2B environments.
* Proven experience owning go‑to‑market execution, product launches, and lifecycle marketing.
* Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable commercial impact (e.g., revenue growth, adoption, funnel performance).
* Strong experience partnering with Sales and cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
* Solid understanding of CRM and lead generation / funnel management.
* Experience managing marketing investment and optimizing ROI.
