I am currently working with an exceptional business who are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping and evolving the brand. You will ideally have at least 5 years’ professional experience. You will lead high-profile design projects across conferences, digital platforms, and medical education materials. Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and production of flagship materials, including conference agendas and prospectuses, setting a high visual standard.
2. Actively contribute to the evolution of the organisation's brand, ensuring consistency across print, digital, and social channels.
3. Collaborate with the Design Manager on website design and digital products, contributing to UX, design systems, and creative direction.
4. Take ownership of marketing materials, from concept through to final delivery (brochures,munication tools, atlases).
5. Support and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and sharing best practice.
6. Maintain and refine brand guidelines, ensuring all outputs meet high standards expected within medical and educational publishing.
7. Contribute to creative strategy and brainstorming, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to new projects.
8. Present design work confidently to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and ensuring quality delivery.
10. Continuously improve design processes, tools, and workflows.
11. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
What you'll need to succeed
12. Between 2-5+ years’ professional design experience
13. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
14. Strong experience using Figma and a solid understanding of web and digital design principles, including design systems.
15. Exceptional skills in typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
16. Confidentmunicator, able to present ideas clearly and provide constructive feedback.
17. Proven ability to lead projects independently and collaborate across teams.
18. Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers.
19. Strong organisational and project management skills with a track record of deliveringplex work to deadlines.
20. Experience designing to a high standard across both print and digital platforms.
