Experienced SENCO to lead the SEND team and provision
We are looking for a qualified and proactive SENCO to join a forward-thinking and inclusive school in Salisbury. The role will involve managing the day-to-day operation of the SEND policy, coordinating EHCP reviews, working with external agencies, and leading a dedicated team of LSAs and TAs.

Experience and Qualifications

QTS and National SENCO Award (or willingness to complete)

Experience leading SEND strategy in a secondary school

Excellent understanding of the SEND Code of Practice

Skilled in working with families, staff and external agencies
