Job Title: Operations Partner Manager
Location: London, Hybrid (Office days Tues-Thurs)
Remuneration: £51.92 Per Hour
Contract Details: Full Time | FTC
About the Role
As a Technology Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving products and internal tools from early pilot through to full-scale deployment. You’ll own technical execution, partner closely with cross‑functional teams, and ensure products are scalable, efficient, and customer‑focused.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and operations, requiring strong systems thinking, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and validate Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure technical and business needs are met
* Drive end‑to‑end delivery across the product lifecycle: planning, design, deployment, and optimisation
* Lead program‑level execution, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
* Balance business priorities against technical constraints to deliver scalable solutions
* Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to launch and improve tools and products
* Translate operational challenges into technology‑driven solutions (e.g., automation, process optimisation)
* Use data, analytics, and success metrics to measure impact and guide decision‑making
* Identify product gaps through metrics and user feedback; influence roadmaps and solution design
* Contribute technically to new features, validations, documentation, and rollout strategies
