I am working exclusively with a small but growing children’s residential care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for their second children’s home in Wednesbury. This provider offers a warm, homely environment for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and prides itself on delivering high-quality, child-centred care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either:

Requirements:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards).

Previous experience within a children’s residential home at Deputy or Registered Manager level.
*
Strong leadership, safeguarding and compliance knowledge (Ofsted).

A passion for creating nurturing, therapeutic environments for children with EBD.
