We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Site Engineer to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain experience on live sites, working alongside experienced engineers and project managers.
From day one, you’ll be involved in planning, monitoring, and delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently.
As our Graduate Site Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out pre-contract site surveys and assisting with project setup
* Shadowing site inductions and toolbox talks
* Understanding project scope, site programmes, and sequencing of works
* Assisting with cost recording, measurement records, and site documentation
* Supporting quality control, testing materials, and maintaining site records
* Helping with ordering plant and materials
* Completing site administration including site diaries, labour and plant returns
* Supporting health & safety, sustainability, and social value initiatives
* Learning the practical application of contracts and civil engineering standards
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Strong organisational and numerical skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and recording
* Confident working on site and communicating with teams at all levels
* Eager to learn, proactive, and safety-conscious
* Full driving license
