D365 CE Functional Consultant (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week)
Nigel Frank International are partnered with an established Microsoft Business Applications Partner who are looking to add a talented D365 CE Functional Consultant to their growing technology team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technology, delivering user-focused solutions, and driving continuous improvement across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities
* Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, well-structured functional design
* Design, configure, and implement solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
* Collaborate with architects and developers across all stages of delivery, including discovery, build, testing, and deployment
* Drive and promote best practice design standards across the Power Platform and D365 ecosystem
* Identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes through automation and innovation
* Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural and governance frameworks
* Support user adoption through intuitive design and continuous improvements to user experience
* Contribute to knowledge sharing and help build internal capability across the organisation
Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform
* Proven ability to map business processes and translate them into effective, user-centric solutions
* Experience configuring and customising Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and simplification
* Well-organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, evolving environment
* A willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team growth
What’s on offer
* Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience)
