We seek candidates with a customer-centric approach, excellent people skills, and extensive management experience with CS teams, systems, and processes. If you're located close enough to work three days a week in Harlow and are available to start soon, please get in touch.
This is a senior management role overseeing the entire CS function, including management and systems/processes. Experience managing large customer service teams or divisions with full ownership is preferred.
