Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a commercially astute Interim Legal Counsel to support a leading organisation in the technology and financial services space. This short-term assignment is ideal for a qualified lawyer with strong experience in technology and commercial law, particularly around privacy compliance and product launches.
Position: Interim Legal Counsel
Contract: 3-month minimum (with potential extension)
Location: UK (remote/hybrid flexibility)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on privacy compliance and product launch legal risks.
* Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial agreements.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to support business growth.
* Ensure compliance with internal governance and industry regulations.
Requirements:
* UK-qualified lawyer with 3–5 years PQE.
* Strong background in tech/commercial contracts.
* Understanding of privacy regulations and product launch processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
