An established financial services organisation is looking for a Customer Selections & Analytics Consultant to join a growing Customer Selections & Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SQL skills and experience working with campaign selections, CRM data, or customer analytics to step into a role with real impact across multiple business areas.
The Role
As part of the Customer Selections & Analytics function, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and data-driven campaign selections that support key customer journeys across the business. Working closely with campaign, CRM, and analytics teams, you will help turn customer insight into action.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate campaign briefs into structured technical requirements
* Build and run campaign selections using SQL
* Manipulate and join data from multiple sources (CRM, transactional, engagement, etc.)
* Support campaign testing and performance measurement
Background & Skills Required
* Strong SQL skills (essential)
* Experience in campaign selections, CRM data, customer analytics, or related fields
* Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources
