Our client is one of Northern Ireland’s leading Control Systems Houses, specialising in smart control installations for lighting, heating, refrigeration, and other energy systems. Due to continued growth, they are seeking multiple BMS Service Engineers.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service, maintain, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) across a range of client sites.
2. Diagnose faults and implement timely corrective actions to minimise system downtime.
3. Identify opportunities for system upgrades or energy efficiency improvements andmunicate these to clients.
4. Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system functionality and usage.
6. Collaborate with project and installation teams when integrating new systems orponents.
7. Maintain accurate service records and documentation in line withpany and client standards.
What you'll need to succeed
8. BMS experience is desirable, but backgrounds in Electrical Maintenance, HVAC, Alarms, Aircon, or Refrigeration will be considered (full BMS training provided).
9. Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification
10. Experience with Trend or Cylon systems is an advantage (training available)
11. Full clean driving licence required
12. Ability to work independently and within a team
