The Role You’ll operate as a full 360 consultant, with responsibility and autonomy from day one. Your focus will include: Developing and expanding a specialist Engineering desk within the Power & Nuclear space Building lasting partnerships with both new and existing clients Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development through to placement Supporting active contract projects and delivering into established accounts Contributing to a driven, collaborative team culture You can work permanent, contract, or both — dual desk is available and encouraged if that’s where you see opportunity.
