We currently have the following opportunity:
Finance Assistant (Fixed Term until 13 April 2026) - PKC12615
Salary: £12,548 - £13,223 (18 Hours per week)
Location: Pullar House, Perth
This role involves providing financial administration support across various teams within Perth and Kinross Council, utilizing financial management systems and Microsoft software.
This is a hybrid position, based partly in the office at Pullar House and partly remote.
Skills & Experience Required
* Excellent organizational and numeracy skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* High accuracy, attention to detail, and effective teamworking skills.
* Proficiency in IT and digital systems, especially Microsoft Office 365.
* Strong communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to follow processes, understand health and safety policies, GDPR, and confidentiality standards.
* Commitment to high-quality service, equality, diversity, and respectful workplace behavior.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
* Experience in financial administration support is desirable.
