Event Manager –
Caprice Restaurants (Bacchanalia & Daphne’s)
Caprice
Restaurants is renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality across London’s
most iconic venues. We’re looking for a dedicated Event Manager to oversee and
execute all confirmed private dining and events at Bacchanalia and Daphne’s.
This
role is all about flawless execution – you’ll take over once an event is
confirmed, working closely with the client and internal teams to ensure every
detail is delivered to the highest standard.
What
you’ll be doing:
* Take ownership of all private dining and event bookings
from the point of confirmation
* Coordinate pre-event planning including menus, layouts,
timings, and special requests
* Liaise with General Managers, Head Chefs, and
front-of-house teams to finalise event details
* Act as the client’s main point of contact in the
lead-up to each event
* Ensure all logistics are seamless, from guest arrival
to post-event wrap-up
What
we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in event planning or coordination
within luxury hospitality or private dining
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Clear communicator who thrives on collaboration and
precision
* Passionate about service excellence and guest experience
