* Experienced recruitment consultant (essential)
* Strong track record in permanent recruitment
* Ideally HR or professional services market knowledge

What can I expect day to day?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work within the HR market, supported by colleagues and leaders with deep expertise in recruitment. Your role will include:
* Running a 360 desk, supporting both candidates and clients with their hiring needs
* Providing expert, specialist advice to candidates across Human Resources
* Developing and implementing effective business development strategies
* Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process
* Leading by example through consistent fee performance, activity and attitude
* Building strong market intelligence and staying ahead of trends
