Hours: Full time 35 hours per week (Flexible working requests such as compressed hours can be considered depending on business need). Location: Stratford, London – Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office).

About CancerTools.Org
CancerTools.Org, the research tools arm of Cancer Research UK (CRUK), is a non-profit, global community of cancer researchers, institutes and professional societies, whose mission is to accelerate cancer research by making tools widely available. You will coach and guide a small team (c4) of Product and Senior Product Managers to deliver MQLs and grow revenue for our leading cancer product portfolios.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager or Product Marketing Lead from a Life Science reagent background to join a mission-driven organisation and impact how we connect, collaborate and enable researchers to continue their life-saving work. What will I be doing?
* Accountable for global scientific marketing, with line management and responsibility for a team of Product Marketing Managers across key cancer areas.
* Provide strategic direction to develop and manage multichannel, data-driven marketing campaigns to deliver on revenue targets and KPIs within budget.
* Lead strategic marketing and content strategy to optimise scientific content and campaigns for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and revenue generation (collateral, case studies, resources, webinars, exhibitions, advertising, email campaigns, SEO, PPC, market research).
* Monitor global competitive developments to revise product strategy and positioning.
* Engage with Key Opinion Leaders, partners, existing customers in academia and industry to explore growth opportunities and inform strategy.
* Steer product lifecycle management, new product launches, pricing strategy, e-commerce optimization and promotions.
* Expand and grow qualified customer databases for prioritised cancer research areas.
* Identify opportunities for product additions and improvements and communicate them across the company.
* Report KPIs, MQLs and revenue to senior leadership.
What are you looking for?
* Extensive experience in senior product marketing or senior marketing roles in the life science reagents industry (knowledge to include, minimally, antibodies, cell lines, cell culture).
* Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
* Success in increasing global market share through targeted marketing strategy.
* Line management experience.
* Experience setting, monitoring and delivering on marketing KPIs and sales targets.
* Full knowledge of marketing channel mix, including digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Email, Web, Social, Third Party).
* PhD in Life Science or BSc/MSc with equivalent commercial research experience (cancer-related fields preferred).
* Knowledge or experience of cancer/oncology products and tumour models (cell lines, PDX, organoids) is beneficial but not essential.
