About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IoT Sales Consultant to join a world-class digital engineering team and lead strategic growth within the Telecom, Media, and Hi-Tech industries. This position plays a pivotal role in driving consulting sales, pre-sales, and solutioning initiatives across digital engineering and IoT services.
You will lead client engagements, shape large transformation deals, and collaborate with global delivery and technology partners to create innovative, high-impact solutions. The role requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical depth, and strategic advisory capability — ideal for someone passionate about driving the next generation of connected, intelligent technologies.
Key Skills
* Proven experience in Consulting Sales, Pre-sales & Solutioning across Telecom, Media, and Hi-Tech sectors
* Strong understanding of Engineering Services for Telco and Media Service Providers, including GIS & Network Engineering, Hi-Tech & CPE Product Engineering, Manufacturing and Testing, IIoT, and Software Engineering
* Deep domain expertise across IoT, Digital Engineering, and Software Platforms
* Demonstrated success engaging at CXO and Director level within complex organisations
* Ability to develop strategic growth plans and deliver measurable revenue outcomes
* Collaborative mindset with experience in matrixed, global delivery environments
Key Responsibilities
* Lead consulting sales and pre-sales initiatives across Telco, Media, and Hi-Tech clients
* Identify, shape, and close large-scale digital engineering and IoT transformation deals
* Develop tailored, cross-functional solutions in partnership with global practices and delivery teams
* Build and manage long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders
* Collaborate with technology vendors and hyperscalers to design integrated propositions
* Drive strategic account growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
* Represent the organisation in thought leadership forums, client briefings, and partner events
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 + Benefits + Bonus
Location: London, UK (other locations considered)
