Leading media events and publishing business seeks a highly talented Conference Producer and writer/editor to join their team working across B2B events and reports.
The role involves producing and managing high-quality, commercially attractive content across their portfolio of international B2B conferences, as well as writing reports. There is also scope to moderate webinars.
The successful candidate will have the ability to research, plan, and develop content for multiple events and build strong internal and external relationships.
This role involves 3-5 international trips per year to the US, Asia, and Europe.
Senior Content Manager - Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Carry out high-quality primary research with industry leaders to develop unique programme content.
2. Organize advisory panel meetings and programme planning sessions.
3. Sourcing, inviting, confirming, and briefing high-caliber speakers.
4. Manage speaker care administration.
5. Curate engaging and innovative content.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to generate compelling content supporting conference marketing campaigns.
7. Design new session formats that are innovative and interactive.
8. Write reports and moderate webinars.
Senior Content Manager - Profile Required:
* Proven track record in conference production and/or writing/editorial, ideally 2+ years.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects under pressure.
* Strong academic background.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent copywriting skills are a plus.
* Ability to manage professional internal and external relationships.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take responsibility for your work.
