To assist in the provision of an efficient and effective administrative/finance support service to operational and support teams.
* Tasks will include, but are not limited to the points below:
* To record, maintain and update confidential information on our case recording systems.
* To co-ordinate, attend and take notes/minutes of a range of meetings, which may include support to Children's Social Services in respect of the safeguarding agenda, produce and distribute minutes, as required.
* To administer the imprest system.
* To process incoming and outgoing mail.
* To undertake reception and switchboard duties as required.
* To provide direct support to the Fostering service
* Competent to use Office IT packages
* Ability to take accurate notes/minutes
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Good organisational skills
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines, Disability Confident
This position has a requirement for a Standard DBS Check.
