Job Summary As part of the TÜV family, TÜV Rheinland Industrial Services (TRIS) are looking to recruit a Project Manager to be responsible for overseeing engineering projects valued up to approximately £2 million. Their focus will be on ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client expectations while also engaging in pre-project business development activities. Job Description Project Delivery & Contract Management: • Lead project execution, maintaining schedules and budget compliance. • Manage project scopes and changes, communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Coordinate with subcontractors and project team members. Client Engagement & Business Development: • Engage clients through kick-off meetings and progress reviews. • Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts prior to project awards. Leadership & Team Management: • Foster collaboration and accountability within project teams. • Proactively identify risks and encourage continuous improvement. Skills & Experience; • Degree in engineering is essential. • 10–15 years in project delivery within engineering or related fields. • Strong leadership, communication, budget management, risk identification, and proactive problem-solving. • Proactive, resilient, adaptable, with strong people management skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. This position requires a candidate who can lead large engineering projects with a strategic approach to client engagement and team management.
