Working within a large HR team for the Warehouse and Distribution Division of Next, we are looking to recruit a talented HR Specialist to join us and deliver the HR plan in a fast-paced environment As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, consistent and professional level of advice in Employee Relations, focusing on complex ER situations Providing practical support, advice and feedback to managers in all aspects of complex disciplinaries, grievances, long term sickness/absence situations and consultations/organisational change projects, we’re looking for someone to be an onsite presence, providing expertise to ensure a consistent HR approach across all of Next Distribution. You will also be the first point of contact for telephone and email advice from managers on HR queries on your site/business area and will quickly build strong working relationships with your key stakeholders and Union reps About you You will need to be an experienced HR Advisor/Specialist, with generalist HR/ER experience ideally in a high volume, fast-paced, manufacturing or distribution environment with strong working knowledge of current employment legislation. You should also have, or be working towrds, a CIPD qualification
