Northern State University is seeking an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach.
Primary duties include on-court coaching and training and recruiting elite student athletes. The assistant coach will assist with all aspects of a NCAA Division II women’s basketball program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting with scouting, recruiting, coaching, practice and game scheduling and the administration of team budgets
* Promoting/working NSU summer camps
* Developing and maintaining effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni, media, and the community
* Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, NSIC, and university rules and regulations as well as dedication to full academic development of student athletes
Preferred candidate will have experience with video editing, game analysis, graphic design, and creating/managing new technology (e.g. social media, video highlights)
