In this wide-scope role you’ll be supporting our Accounts Relievable and Accounts Payable teams to ensure efficient, timely and effective processing of Vendor and Customer invoices, contributing to the smooth running of the department. Responsibilities include timely matching of customer invoices, assisting with month end tasks, supporting the team with customer and vendor communication, and maintaining vendor master data This is an extremely varied role where you will be working in a Finance team of 20 people in addition to partnering with the wider LSB business team. Responsibilities: Inputting of customer and vendor invoices, influence stakeholders for a timely completion Assist 2x AR and 2x AP Analysts with queries and mailbox management Bank postings Assist with validation and approval of invoices Support month-end close activities, including preparation of reconciliations and accruals, reporting to AR and AP managers Assist with Internal & external audit providing documentation and reports. Support the Compliance Manager on Internal Controls covering AR and AP Vendor and Customer master data maintenance ​ Experience you'll bring Excellent numeric & Excel skills, along with other MS Office applications. SAP experience is desired but not essential You will be an excellent communicator and will get your message across well. You will love working as part of a team and will be a great collaborator. You will be naturally organized and planned – you are resourceful. You’re able to prioritize and juggle lots of tasks at the same time with relentless desire for high standards and high attention to detail.
