Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Cardiff Area for a Service Engineer at Laser Wire Solutions. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting routine maintenance and repairs, and providing technical support to clients. Additionally, the role includes carrying out field service visits, ensuring the seamless operation of equipment, and maintaining clear communication with clients to elaborate on solutions and provide guidance on equipment use.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues effectively.
* Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site installations and repairs.
* Strong Communication skills to liaise with clients and explain technical solutions in an accessible manner.
* Expertise in providing Technical Support and addressing customer inquiries efficiently.
* Skilled in Maintenance & Repair to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of equipment.
* A strong technical background with relevant engineering qualifications or certifications.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
* Experience with laser equipment or automation systems is a significant advantage but not required.
