About the Role
Join the UK's leading data centre operators that focus on offering secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure for businesses and government entities. We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Support Executive to work closely with our Defence & Intelligence Sales Lead.
You'll play a key role in engaging customers, developing opportunities, and driving growth in one of the most security-sensitive areas of government. This is a unique opportunity to learn the full sales lifecycle, contribute to national infrastructure, and develop into a client-facing sales role within a high-performing, purpose-driven team.
What You'll Do
* Act as a professional ambassador for the company.
* Support the sales team through the entire customer journey - from initial contact to handover.
* Assist with marketing, lead generation, and campaign activities.
* Coordinate client documentation and ensure timely completion of agreements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support renewals and growth.
* Develop a deep understanding of our technical solutions and customer challenges.
* Stay informed about industry developments and share insights with the wider team.
* Engage with internal teams, partners, and wider business initiatives.
* Contribute to our social media and marketing presence.
What We're Looking For
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* IT-literate, proficient in Microsoft applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Self-starter, able to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred.
