The Senior Account Executive will play a key role in building long-term relationships with leading organisations. Responsibilities include driving new business acquisition, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the wider mission.
This is a hybrid position, reporting to their London office 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Identify & prospect new business opportunities within enterprise-level organisations
* Manage full sales cycle, from initial outreach to close
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies
* Manage a long-term sales pipeline to ensure for continued success & revenue generation
* Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
The Successful Candidate
* 3+ years SaaS sales experience
* Experience managing the full sales cycle is required
* A background selling related software is ideal e.g. EdTech, HRTech, LMS, Employee Engagement, L&D, RecTech
* Experience selling into enterprise-level organizations is essential
* Commutable to central London office
Senior Account Executive Package
* Basic salary: up to £80,000
* OTE: x2 (uncapped)
