Sales and Renewals Executive – Llantrisant
You will support small‑to‑medium enterprises by identifying appropriate insurance solutions, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role is part of Gallagher’s client‑centric ecosystem and requires strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support SMEs in identifying fitting insurance solutions.
* Interact with prospective and current clients through scheduled meetings; no cold calling.
* Establish rapport and collect essential client details to understand requirements.
* Suggest suitable insurance options and deliver outstanding client support.
* Receive leads from a specialised lead generation unit; no need for inbound generation.
* Primarily manage inbound sales inquiries, occasionally reaching out to clients for instructions.
* Effectively juggle multiple responsibilities and utilise diverse systems.
* Operate within a vibrant, supportive, and adaptable sales and renewals team environment.
About You
* Strong drive for sales with a proven record of achieving targets/KPIs.
* Experience working in teams serving clients and colleagues; excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
* Rejection handling capabilities and good at overcoming objections.
* Strong rapport‑building and communication skills.
* Risk aware with strong planning and analytical skills.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
