Job Title: Senior Commercial Counsel (12month FTE)

The organisation supports enterprise customers globally and is scaling its commercial operations, requiring strong legal support to enable revenue growth. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced legal team, working closely with sales and business stakeholders to drive complex commercial transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS and commercial agreements
• Partner closely with sales teams to support revenue-generating deals
• Advise on data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and compliance
• Develop contract playbooks, templates, and internal processes
• Support vendor, partner, and infrastructure agreements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior legal team members
Key Requirements:
• Qualified lawyer in the UK with strong commercial experience
• 8+ years’ experience across law firm and in-house environments
• Proven experience negotiating SaaS or cloud-based agreements
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales environments
• Experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced commercial teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and across global teams
