* Lead and manage the administration team, leveraging previous IFA administration experience.

* Oversee the training, mentorship, and development of administration team members.
* Manage workflow allocation and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks across teams while adhering to deadlines.
* Support in recruitment to expand and strengthen the administration team.
