We are recruiting for a permanent German & English Bilingual Customer Service Advisor to speak both German and English.
Hybrid for Ringwood, Hampshire office
Main Purpose of Customer Service Advisor role
* Respond to English and German emails, answer calls.
* Handle customer queries in our system and translate replies from English to German and vice versa.
* Deliver customer service excellence across phone and written communications in both languages.
* Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, social media and live web chat.
Reporting
The Bilingual Customer Service Advisor reports into the German Team Leader.

Location & Working Hours
Location: Hybrid for Ringwood, Hampshire office.
Hours: 40 paid hours per week.
Shifts: Monday to Saturday, 8‑hour shifts between 8 am and 8 pm. Rota provided 2 weeks in advance.
